WATER HYBISCUS

This plant has tripled in size since we planted it a few seasons ago. Water Gardens and their lush environment bring forth a wide variety of options for new colorful plants in your landscape.

  BOULDER SPRING
This recent front yard makeover converted a grass lawn into a spectacular spring and stream oasis using new drought tolerant plants on micro-sprinklers as accent.
A boulder in the front courtyard was the perfect back drop for a Pondless Waterfall to transform it into this scenic vision.
The sound of water in motion seems to add a sense of life to a garden like no other thing.

This Dry Creek Xeriscape installation converted 200 Sq. Ft. of lawn area, which used about 5000 gallons of water a year to maintain, into a rich succulant garden needing a fraction of the water it used before.

Properly installed micro-sprinkler systems provide easy to hide, accurate and efficient watering to the root area of plants without waste.
BACK YARD MAKE-OVER
This project designed and completed by Alpine Waterfeature & Landscaping. Old sod was removed and replaced with high quality artificial turf, accompanied with Belgard 'Bergerac' paver paths and a Belgard 'Celtic Wall' center piece planter.

FRONT YARD MAKE-OVER

Three Rivers ledger stone and flagstone were used to create the seat walls and front patio area, which is complimented with a unique bubbling urns fountain.

A nice addition for small areas or as an entry-level waterfeature that is easy to maintain.
   
 
 

BOULDER WATERFALL

This WONDERFUL WATERFALL & POND is a combination of an Aquascape Designs Pond Kit fitted into a FAUX rock creation by Eider deMello of deMello Designs. This option offers the best pumps, filtration, and natural look to waterscapes with endless possibilities for bringing a dream to life.

PONDLESS WATERFALL

Baja Cresta Red boulders were used to create this wonderful four drop pondless waterfall. This design is used in areas where child safety or liability is a concern.

This natural looking spring & waterfall was created to match with other granite boulders and streams in the area.
 
A COMPLETE BACKYARD MAKE-OVER

This magnificent 4' waterfall out of 'Palm Springs Gold' boulders and 24' stream flowing under a redwood bridge and feeding into a 14'x24' pond is the gem in this backyard renovation.

ROCKSCAPE GROUND-COVER

Effectively covers earth to reduce erosion and completes your landscape. A fine finish of filter fabric is placed over the ground to prevent ground loss of rock, inhibit weed growth, and reduce erosion. The fabric is then covered with a 3" thick layer of rock, in a variety of types like crushed blue granite in sizes of 3/8" or 3/4". River stone come in color hues of dark blue, pink and gray or white with black speckles. The sizes range from 3/8", 3/4", 1", 3-6", 6-12", and 12"+. Other popular types of rockscape ground-cover would include 1" Lava Rock in black or red, a 3/4" crushed Las Vegas Pink or Palm Springs Gold.
